Synopsis: A hard-knock hustler encourages his fall-for-everything younger brother to partner with him and open a restaurant in a run-down Los Angeles neighborhood, and they soon find themselves fighting off a pair of high profile Beverly Hills sisters who want ownership of the real estate after finding out a sports arena is being built across the street.
